Welcome. Find a place to sit or lie down comfortably. Allow your shoulders to drop and your body to just relax. And this time, we’re going to gently close our eyes.

Let’s begin by taking a slow, steady breath in through your nose… and a long, full breath out of your mouth. Again, inhale… and exhale.

Now as you breathe, imagine you’re breathing into your core, the very center of your being. Feel a sense of strength and stability forming there with each inhale.

Today we’re going to focus on building resilience. True strength isn’t about being rigid and unbending like a stone. It’s about being like a bamboo tree. When a strong wind blows, the bamboo tree bends with the force. It doesn’t fight the wind—it sways gracefully. And when the wind passes, it springs back up unharmed.

I invite you to think about a challenge you’re facing right now, or have faced in the past. As you breathe, acknowledge the challenge. Inhale the reality of it. And as you exhale, imagine your own inner strength allowing you to bend with it rather than break.

You are more resilient than you think. You have the ability to adapt, to bend, and to return to your strength.

Take a few more deep breaths. Feel the power of your own resilience. It’s always there, waiting for you to tap into it. You’ve navigated challenges before, and you can navigate them again.

Take one final deep, strong breath. And as you exhale, gently bring your awareness back to your surroundings.

When you’re ready, open your eyes and carry this powerful sense of resilience with you all day.
