Please find a comfortable position...

Softly close your eyes...

And allow yourself to feel supported.

We’re going to connect with the sky today.

So let’s begin by taking a deep, open breath in...

And a long, expansive breath out.

As you breathe, imagine you’re breathing in the vastness of the sky.

Keep breathing.

The sky is always there.

Vast and open...

No matter what is happening within it.

I want you to imagine your mind as the sky.

The thoughts and feelings that pass through are the clouds...
The rain...
And the sun.

The clouds may be dark and stormy...
But the sky itself is never hurt by them.

Inhale the vastness of your inner sky...

And exhale, letting the weather of your mind simply pass through.

Feel the peaceful spaciousness of your inner sky.

This is your true nature.

Vast.
Open.
Calm.

Take a final expansive breath.

As you exhale, gently bring your awareness back to the room.

And whenever you’re ready, softly open your eyes...

Carrying this sense of space with you throughout the day.
