Hey, welcome today. Find a comfortable position. Allow your body to feel soft and heavy. Ready? Gently close your eyes.
Let’s begin by taking a slow, restful breath in… and a complete exhale out.
As you breathe, imagine you’re breathing in a soft, healing light. With each inhale, this light enters your body, bringing warmth, peace, and restoration. With each exhale, release any tension or discomfort. Allow your breath to be a source of rest and rejuvenation. Keep breathing.
Today, we’re going to allow ourselves to rest and heal. Often, we push ourselves to keep going, even when our bodies and minds need a break.
Bring your awareness to any part of your body that feels tired, achy, or in need of care. Now, imagine that soft, healing light directing itself to that area. With each inhale, imagine the light flowing there, bringing comfort and warmth. With each exhale, release any discomfort or pain.
You are not a machine. You are a living being that needs to rest and heal to thrive. Give yourself this gift. Feel the deep sense of rest and restoration flowing through you. You are taking a precious moment to fill your own cup.
Take one final healing breath. As you exhale, gently bring your awareness back to your surroundings. When you’re ready, slowly open your eyes and carry this restful energy with you today.
