Welcome. Find a comfortable position and let’s close our eyes. Take a moment to settle your mind.
Let’s begin by taking a deep breath in through your nose… and a slow, gentle exhale out of your mouth. Again, inhale, creating space in your body… and exhale, letting go of expectations. Keep breathing.
As you breathe now, imagine a blank canvas in your mind. It is perfectly still and waiting. Today we’re going to tap into our inner creativity.
Creativity isn’t just for artists—it’s for problem-solving, for new ideas, for living with a sense of wonder.
I invite you to imagine a large, empty room in your mind. The walls are pure white. The floors are bare. Now imagine the energy of your breath filling this room. As you inhale, a soft light fills the space. As you exhale, any lingering doubt or judgment leaves.
Just be with the emptiness and the light. It’s from this quiet, open space that new ideas are born. There is no pressure here. No right or wrong. Just the pure potential of a blank canvas.
Notice what, if anything, wants to emerge. It might be a color, a feeling, or a single word. Whatever it is, simply acknowledge it without judgment. Trust that your creative voice is always there, waiting to be heard.
Now, take a final creative breath. And as you exhale, gently bring your awareness back to your surroundings.
When you’re ready, open your eyes and know that you can access this space of potential whenever you need it today.
That concludes today’s meditation. I hope to see you tomorrow.
