Hey, welcome. Today we’re going to talk about the art of non-doing. So please find a comfortable position, gently close your eyes, and allow yourself to simply be.

Let’s begin by taking a deep, restful breath in. And a long, full breath out. As you breathe, imagine you’re letting go of the need to do anything. Keep breathing.

Today we’re going to meditate on the art of non-doing. In a world that is always on the go, a moment of non-doing is a powerful act of self-care.

I invite you to simply sit here. There’s nothing you need to fix and nowhere you need to go. You are not a human doing. You are a human being.

As you breathe, just be. Knowing you are enough just as you are. Inhale, resting in presence. Exhale, letting go of the pressure of being productive.

Feel the powerful sense of freedom that comes from simply being. You’re already enough, just as you are. Be present in this moment of not doing.

Take a final, peaceful breath in. And when you exhale, gently bring your awareness back to the room. Whenever you’re ready, slowly open your eyes and carry this new sense of peace with you all day.

That concludes today’s session. I look forward to seeing you tomorrow.
