Hey there, thanks for joining me today. Like we do normally, I want you to find a comfortable position, and then gently close your eyes and allow yourself to relax.

Let’s begin by taking a deep, kind breath in, and a slow, loving breath out. As you breathe, imagine you’re breathing in a soft, gentle light.

Today we’re going to practice unconditional self-love. So often, we only love ourselves when we feel like we’re good enough. But self-love is always available.

I invite you to imagine a garden in your heart. This garden is pure and full of unconditional love. Think about the different greens, trees, flowers, grasses, and animals that are in your garden.

Your garden doesn’t judge you. It doesn’t ask you to be different. It simply loves you as you are.

Now, as you breathe, imagine you are a flower in that garden. Inhale, feeling the sun of unconditional love on your face. And exhale, letting yourself be who you are without judgment.

Feel the warmth of this love. It is your true nature. And it’s always there waiting for you to receive it.

Take one final, loving breath. As you exhale, gently bring your awareness back to the room. And whenever you’re ready, slowly open your eyes and carry this unconditional love with you.
